Clickworker permanent suspension

My account has been permanently suspended on clickworker. Can I create a new account now or will I be again suspended even before I receive my first payment?

Hi Harshita,

It can be really frustrating when these things happen in clickworker or by other crowd working website. For now if you want to create a new account then please open it on a new device other than the one you currently use to operate your old clickwoker account. 

Hope your issue resolves asap!

@ashispnayak Thanks, but can I enroll with the same name, address, phone number and other details? Doesn't this look suspicious to them?

@harshita You can't enroll with the same name and same device! You will need to open an account in the name of someone from your family. This will work fine!

@lucifer Yeah, because I earlier created an account and deactivated it immediately and then created a new one. They suspended saying I had multiple accounts.

Hello, I received this email from clickworker:

"We are contacting you today to advise you that your account has been temporarily suspended.

Our security checks have discovered an inconsistency with your Clickworker account. This could be a breach of the Terms and Conditions or a simple misunderstanding.

We invite you to get in touch so we can check out what the problem is together and come to a solution if possible."

I emailed them (help@clickworker), but not responded for the past 2 days!

 

                          - please tell me what to do!?

@surendararies this is a temporary suspension mail! In this case, you have to reply to this mail and talk with them about the issue. This happens with a lot of people and thee experience is really bad. They take a long time to reply in this case. Just keep mailing them every few days. 

I hope you get a reply from them soon!
